Third Eye is an academy dedicated to language training and soft-skill management, started in 2012 by a small group of visionaries who wanted to serve the students' community.

Our goal is to show students the right way to communicate, develop, and broaden their horizons. We incorporate our curriculum in such a way that it fits each institution's environment — never a one-size-fits-all program.
We try to render our best across every format: from workshops to seminars, from teacher-training concepts to student workshops, from career counselling to life coaching. That's the work we choose to do.

Sooraj Muralidharan
Founder & Academic Director, Third Eye, Salem
Linguist · Author · NLP & Ericksonian Hypnosis Practitioner · Career Counsellor. Since 2008, Sooraj has been at the forefront of rejuvenating language study modules, actively involved in government-organised language camps and events across Tamil Nadu.
He is not just a founder, but a friend, philosopher and mentor to every student and intern who joins Third Eye — a leadership style that fosters growth, encourages innovation, and instils a sense of purpose across the organisation.
